Rick has completed over 100 commercial projects of various sizes and complexity; including over 70 dental offices, medical office complexes, general office buildings, salons and spas. These specialty designs require an understanding of current service technologies and their unique space needs while providing a pleasing and comfortable environment for staff and clients. Rick has experience working with large tenant improvement projects, and stand alone building (new build, major renovations and historic renovations). He is adept at coordinating the many priorities of and communicating with business owners, landlords, building developers and city planning offices.
